I strongly recommend avoiding Chevrolet of Bellevue. Our car buying experience was extremely frustrating. We financed through our bank and got the loan fully approved and promissory note issued the same evening we signed the purchase agreement, but it still took two weeks before we could pick up the car because the dealership sent incorrect or incomplete documents to the bank three times. At the same time, the finance manager called me to try to get me to use their financing instead, saying our bank would take a week to process the loan. Once the bank received the correct form, it was under 48 hours for the dealership to receive the funds, so I don't know if the finance manager was intentionally misleading or just uninformed. Additionally, when we finally got the car, it was missing multiple accessories listed in the advertisement on their website. After much back and forth I got one sorted out while picking up the car, but I was so distracted by that I didn't notice the floor mats were missing. I tried to get in touch with the sales person or manager, but they won't even respond to my emails. More

Don't ever come here for service. I purchased vehicle in this dealership, but serviced it in much closer one. Then comes a day when I want to turn my lease into purchase. I thought combine it with service, while I'm negotiating is a good idea. Wrong. Absolutely wrong. This guys did the service and few days later my engine died leaking oil all around. I called "Chevrolet of Bellevue" from random parking lot asking them to tow me to their service and fix it. They R E F U S E. So I called my dealership in Issaquah and everything was arranged in a matter of minutes. So, at the end of the day: I got no car for about a month. I got lucky they upsell me with manufacturers warranty, otherwise it'll cost me ~$4k to fix. This clowns did even bother to call me and say "this is not how we do things here", but it was about it - absolutely pathetic. Sales - are great (especially Miguel). Service - don't go, don't do yourself a tons of unnecessary problems. More

Andrew Chevrolet EV Concierge [SR:9-9811476604] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They knowingly sold me a brand new 2022 Chevrolet bolt EUV with defects. I noticed the backup camera not turning on, and the entire screen turned black right after driving the car from the dealership. I called the dealership on the way home, and they said it was a minor issue and would be fixed immediately. After five visits to service, time spent scheduling, going there and back, rental cars, paying for gas (mine is an electric car!!!), and weeks of repairs, it still needs to be resolved. Ready to go for the LEMON!!!! option. The first and very last time I will ever consider anything from GM. So ridiculous!!! More
