Went to new location, side by side with Cadillac. Wanted to see/buy a cadillac, was handed to RED, who acted as if he was a Cadillac salesman. He was not. He showed me a cadillac he said was IDENTICA Wanted to see/buy a cadillac, was handed to RED, who acted as if he was a Cadillac salesman. He was not. He showed me a cadillac he said was IDENTICAL to the one I sought. IT WAS NOT. As a result, while I did purchase a Cadikllac, I have nothing good to say about this dealer. A dealer who allows its sales people to lie and mislead ordinary people, who are notably inexperienced with buying cars. Don't shop there. More

I was so lucky to stop by Bellevue Chevrolet at their new dealership location. I have had a Blazer in the past but when I found I needed a new transmission in my BMW X5, I decided to stop by Bellevue Chevro dealership location. This was the best experience ever!!! I have used brokers in the past but working with Jazmyne has sold me on how great a salesperson can be. She is young but extremely qualified. She listened to what I wanted and needed; no pressure; highly knowledgeable; great teacher and patient as she helped me understand all the features without any rush or convIncing. Excellent buying experience I normally hate the car buying experience, and with all the horror stories about pushy salesmen and sneaky sales tactics, I was really anxious about b I normally hate the car buying experience, and with all the horror stories about pushy salesmen and sneaky sales tactics, I was really anxious about buying a new car. But my experience was very positive. No hard sell tactics. Very low key and comfortable. They tried to low ball my trade in value (I guess you have to try and maximize the profit) but after pointing out the true value of my trade in, they came up considerably. I got the deal I wanted on a new Chevy Bolt EV, with no hard negotiating. The transaction took a lot longer than I would have like, lots of sitting around waiting, but that's par for the course, I think. Salesman - Bob, his manager - Chris, and the finance guy - Tom were all great to work with and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
