When I was working a deal with the dealership, Tom Wong showed us a picture of what the chrome side molding would look like and if I agreed with it he wanted me to initial the picture. I finally picked up showed us a picture of what the chrome side molding would look like and if I agreed with it he wanted me to initial the picture. I finally picked up a brand new 2103 Tahoe on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013 and noticed that it had an aftermarket chrome side molding and not the one he showed me a picture of which I initialed. Plus this chrome side molding had apparently started to separate from the vehicle. So who ever installed it did not do a thorough job. I approached Tom about this and he stated that one, they could not get the chrome side molding directly from the dealer, and two, that he was going to contact the installer because the chrome side molding was guaranteed through the installer. Well up to now Tom has no contacted me and today Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, I called in the morning, at 10:20, and left a message for through the receptionist who stated to me that she would leave him a message. Then I called back at 2:05 and another manager answered the phone and stated to me that Tom Wong was not in and that he could take a message for him. This gentleman stated to me that he was sitting looking right at Tom's desk and no message was left on his desk for him to call me. Here's my frustration, one, in the beginning I was showed a chrome side molding by Tom and expected to see that particular one on the Tahoe, two, Nobody from Bellevue had the common courtesy to call me up and let me know that I would not be able to get the correct chrome side molding so I would be getting an aftermarket on, three when I arrived on Friday to pick up the Tahoe no one still informed me of the chrome side molding up to this point I had to point it out to them and they all acted like it was no big deal. Then I noticed that the chrome side molding that was in place was starting to separate from the vehicle on both back doors. Now I have to take the vehicle back to the dealer so they can take it back to the installer and get it fixed. Also no one ever explained to me information on the NW protective package regarding on how or what to do in case I had a claim, I had to ask them for someone to explain it to me. But let me tell you they are really quick in getting you to sign the paper work, oh yeah they are. And now that I bought the truck seems like Bellevue of Chevrolet is like any other dealer they are really nice and call you up frequently when they are trying to get you to purchase a vehicle. But as soon as you sign the paper work you are pretty much just another customer. As far I am concerned I would definitely never recommend any one to Bellevue of Chevrolet, to all the military people I know or to the many DOD workers that I work with. More

I have to say that buying my my truck at Chevrolet of Bellevue was the best buying experience that I have ever had, compared to other dealers in the area. My salesperson was Rich Regan, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I originally came in to look at a used truck featured online. It had unfortunately just sold, so Rich said that he might be able to get me into something new for a similar price. I ended up getting a truck that met all my expectations for a fair price, and on top of that I was given top dollar for my trade. On another note, I have used this dealer for service in the past and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I would working with Logan, he is great about explaining services, giving updates throughout the day, and even arranging for a rental vehicle. All around, Chevrolet of Bellevue has been the best dealer I have dealt with and plan on coming back for years to come for service and eventually another vehicle. More

I was looking to trade in my '91 pickup for something much smaller and newer. After looking at about five cars, we selected one for a test drive, but I did not at any point feel like I was being pressured or rushed into buying. Everything was very much at the pace I set. I was on a tight budget (I needed to be at about $225 a month out the door) and as a first-time buyer, I didn't think it'd be possible. Rich was very honest and gave me a great deal. By the time we were done, I was at a 2.9% interest rate, a 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and had a '10 used Aveo for less than my budget! I really feel that everyone at this dealer-- from Rich to the guys in finance-- came together to give me the absolute best deal they could. I've been ripped off at other dealers before, but I felt very comfortable with everyone here. I would recommend this dealer-- and even Rich specifically-- to absolutely anyone asking me for car shopping advice. More
