Was lied or mislead about origins of a used vehicle I had been looking for a quality used truck for about 6-8 months. There was a 2017 sierra that looked promising at the Bend Chevrolet dealership. It I had been looking for a quality used truck for about 6-8 months. There was a 2017 sierra that looked promising at the Bend Chevrolet dealership. It was advertised as a single owner and I was told it came from Utah. I asked specifically about the history of the vehicle as I did not want to get a auction style truck particularly out of Canada. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and have spent the last few weeks trying to clean rust and corrosion off of the undercarriage, brake rotors, frame..... it is everywhere! Yesterday I had to call to schedule a service appointment, still under warranty, The Service writer explained the total history of the vehicle over the phone with me. He said it had multiple service and warranty repairs in British Columbia and appears that it made it way into the US after being used in Canada for about 2 years. From what he could see he did not believe it was a single owner or out of just Utah, both of which I was told or lead to believe by the Bend store during the sale. In the end I believe that the Bend store lied and/or withheld information to make a sale. Be very Weary if buying used from them! More

Took suburban in for multiple items including routine service, recall and warranty issues. Great experience. I was buying a car that was a few years old so he didn’t have all the info memorized but he had no problem looking up the info to answer any questions I came up with. I was pleased with his low keyed sales approach and did not try to push me into buying then. When I could not get any answer from the other dealer about my truck I ordered as to when it would come in, I gave up and called Andrew in December about finding a truck like the one that I thought I had ordered from Lakeview.. He searched around and found the one I wanted and got it to bend in a couple of days. I had a trade in with low miles and could or should have gotten more for it , but I felt he had worked hard to find the right truck just like the one that I had ordered in August and did not come into Lakeview. I will get him next time if we buy a car for the wife in a year or two. More
