Ann was so freaking busy as well as entire store. She was kind, attentive, informational and never once talked me into something I didnt need. Ann made suggestions since im at 100,000 miles. When a place of work is extremely busy. Not always do you get good service, due to being overwhelmed. Ann wasn't, but got us in that day. Next day was finished. She got us our quote for our TV. Ended up making appt for that for today. Ann again was exceptional. More
