UPDATE: After posting my original review below, the Sales Director publicly responded saying they were “deeply troubled” and wanted to understand what happened and help make things right. I followed up directly and provided a full summary of everything that occurred. After days of no response, my husband followed up again. When we finally heard back, we were told the only thing they could offer was to keep trying to find us a vehicle (something they’ve already claimed to be doing for months with zero results). More concerning was this statement from the Sales Director: “We need to decide if you'd like help or if you want to continue to post reviews… it won't be both.” So to be clear — after everything that happened their position is that they will only “help” if we stop sharing our experience publicly. At this point, it’s clear the public responses are for optics only. Behind the scenes, there has been no real accountability, no meaningful effort to resolve the situation, and now an attempt to pressure us to stop leaving reviews. We made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve this directly with dealership leadership, including the GM and sales managers, and were ultimately ignored. Nothing about this experience has changed — if anything, this follow-up interaction reinforces our original concerns.
