Service writer did not communicate properly to begin with. I took in my company car for a oil change and took him two days to complete the job Not informing me that he was doing additional work not with. I took in my company car for a oil change and took him two days to complete the job Not informing me that he was doing additional work not approved by me, after I reached out to see the status, he replied he was waiting for a email to get approvals. I told him to but it back together so I can pick it up because the work he wanted to do was not approved. After the was completed I picked up my suv that was running terrible and needs to go back to the dealer to fix whatever mechanical mistake that was done . Rueben was very unprofessional, communicated very poorly , and insulted me with his verbal words . After this experience and once my car is fix I will high recommend that the company I work for stop doing business with puente hills Chevrolet and take our business elsewhere. I do not appreciate being called a (Corajuda ) More
