Good Morning. I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience when you came to the dealership. There is no excuse other than all of our Sales Team Members were with other customers. If you were out on the lot looking there was probably no-one available to approach you. When you came into the showroom, you should have noticed that everyone was already working with customers. I do not work on Saturdays. That happens to be my day off. I really am sorry you felt ignored. I know no one wanted that to happen. We all have busy schedules in our lives, I am sorry yours did not allow you to wait for the next opportunity to talk with someone on our Sales Team. Thank you for commenting.
