Back in October 2022 I was visiting my sister and her family. I had been looking for a new vehicle and I had basically secured a sale in Antioch, CA on that following Monday. I was about to get on the family. I had been looking for a new vehicle and I had basically secured a sale in Antioch, CA on that following Monday. I was about to get on the freeway and I stopped in to see what they had. I was greeted by a really nice guy Bazahad I am sure the spelling of his name is wrong but he was a great salesman. We looked at several different cars and because I had my identity stolen the year before my credit score was low, and he worked the numbers and made it happen. The down payment I couldn't secure because I was waiting for my new debt card in the mail. So he entrusted me to pay. I left that day really excited and traded in my other car. So my check bounced because the other dealer cashed it. It was a mess so I called and the staff was understanding and friendly and they gave me time to pay. I paid it off about three months later making payments. I was really happy that they were so professional and kind. Since then I have refinanced my vehicle and almost paid it off. I have put a lot of miles on my vehicle so I will be trading it in maybe in a year or two after its paid off. They made my car buying experience very easy and I hope my next one is like that too. I almost want to drive three hours just to see what they have because they were so professional. Anyway, I recommend them if you are buying a new automobile. More

Was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had and I have bought at least 5 new cars in the past and two of them from Chico Nissan. I thought used car salesmen were the scam artists but chico Nisssan seems to be trying to prove that wrong. I went in to buy a car with a maximum monthly payment of 350$. They said they would be pulling some used cars for me to check out but ended up bringing only one used car, and then a new car next. They talked me into going up to380$ for my monthly payments, which I agreed was good for a brand new car. I checked online and my monthly payments are 450$ without notice. They also told me that my due date would be around the 28th of every month but it is set for the 12th. What really gets me is that I explained my financial situation, and was extremely hesitant to go up anymore than 350$ but I was assured I could just refinance in a year and drop the payments below 300 in a year. Which is ovbiously not possible with a 450 payment. I feel completley misled by the salesmen and reccomend going anywhere other than here, they will jack up the price without telling you More
