We have been a Jeep family and recommended everyone to your dealership. Unfortunately last two trips to the service department have not been a good experience..Both times over booked first time couldn’t e your dealership. Unfortunately last two trips to the service department have not been a good experience..Both times over booked first time couldn’t even get to my Jeep and I took it somewhere else for service. This last time our appt was 9 was only supposed to take two hours did not even get to my Jeep until 3pm I didn’t get out of there until 530… I asked what was the hold up and again they said they were overbooked.. very disappointed, loved the small town feeling .
