When I called and asked about a new 1500 and getting a fair value for my trade, Lou told me to come in, and he'd make it happen. I'd heard those words from other dealers, and since I was driving from 1 1/ fair value for my trade, Lou told me to come in, and he'd make it happen. I'd heard those words from other dealers, and since I was driving from 1 1/2 hours away, I didn't want to waste my time.
