I brought my 2024 Dodge Hornet GT Plus for its second service. Service techs and adviser couldn’t figure out how to reset my computer. I took the car to another dodge dealership and they figured out that there’s a recall on the car. Why doesn’t the dealer I bought the car from have that information? Still left waiting for a fix. My wife brought in her Jeep for service; She thought the accelerator was sticking. The actual problem was that the floor mat had moved out of place and was pushing on the accelerator.
