The service writers are very knowledgeable and helpful I take both my units there for work. However a two or three hr wait time for an oil change and rotate is a little obscene. I've been a tech and I know take both my units there for work. However a two or three hr wait time for an oil change and rotate is a little obscene. I've been a tech and I know there are circumstances that can hinder timely service. However I witnessed the lube tech taking his sweet time with no sense of urgency to try and get the customer in and out. Him and the new service manager seemed a little to worried about up selling rather than doing what needed to happen in a timely manner. More
