I called him this morning at 8:30 and by 1:00 I was driving away with my 2017 Nissan Maxima. I told him what I was wanting to stay in range for my car payment and he delivered. They take care of their customers and are very professional and nice. They’ve held onto their reputation and take pride in their business. If you’re in the market for new or used cars, forget the bigger dealerships and go here. It’s been awhile since we purchased a used car. I’ve purchased new for several years. We stopped to see if the would buy a car that we inherited and Greg gave us a fair price. We looked at cars on I’ve purchased new for several years. We stopped to see if the would buy a car that we inherited and Greg gave us a fair price. We looked at cars on the lot and figured why not a quality used car with warranty. We knew what we wanted and we found a car at Chignoli that made sense. I flew into Chicago at 7:10 am and Chignoli had a driver pick me up at the airport and drive me the 40 minutes or so to the dealership. I had a great conversation with the driver on the way to the dealership! I bought an Audi A3 convertible for my daughter and it was exactly as Joe Chignoli described it to be. They paperwork was all ready for me when I got to the dealership and after a quick test drive the guys (and gal) had me on my way back towards Kansas. Very professional and polite family dealership. Highly recommend!! More
