GREAT EXPERIENCE I am 82 years old and this is the FIRST time I have ever purchased a USED car. I knew from their reputation that I would find a car I would like and I am 82 years old and this is the FIRST time I have ever purchased a USED car. I knew from their reputation that I would find a car I would like and a price that would be acceptable. I found both to be true. I love the Ford Escape (Limited) that they had available. Gregg was fantastic to deal with. I did not have to barter back and forth for a good deal. Gregg came up with an acceptable figure immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Chignoli Auto to anyone. I also know that if I need any help in understanding any of the functions of the car I need only to give them a call and anyone of them would be more than happy to assist me. No one beats Chignoli!! I just purchased my 2nd car from this dealership. By far, they are the MOST friendly, honest, no-pressure dealer I have ever dealt with. Grand Daughters 1st car We went to Chignoli Auto looking for a car for our grand daughters 16th birthday. Joe came right out and asked what we were looking for. When we told him a used convertible and a price range he said he didn't have one but would look for one. There was a Volvo sitting there that was more than we wanted to pay but it was such a nice car we bought it anyway after Joe gave us what I think was a very good price. Joe said that they just got it and the mechanics would go over it and they would fix anything they found wrong and have it detailed. Everyone there is extremely friendly and try to to fit you with the best car for your needs without being a pushy salesman. I have all ready told people what a great place it is to purchase a car from. More

Excellent customer service I was looking for a newer vehicle and stopped in to Chignoli one Saturday.
