After driving the baseline for a couple of years, I was really wanting some of the features available on the mid-level version of the vehicle. I talked, she listened, and I ended up trading in my original CX-5 and leasing the mid-level version! The whole process was seamless from service to sales. More

What impresses me about the service department they never recommend merely to "up sell" but based on need, and are willing to give timeline of when service should be done. They guys all have a sense of humor, are so willing to accommodate schedules, and often go the extra mile. The mechanics are through and so willing to explain any area I don't understand.
