I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! The car dealer Andy did not tell me that the car I bought was in an accident! The tow truck driver that picked up my old car noticed it! DIAG USE TO BE $80 NEW OWNERS NOW $248.99 THEN IT END UP BEING 299 BECAUSE THEY ADD ON "SHOP SU WANT TO SCAMMED OUT YOUR MONEY. LETS BREAK THIS DOWN. DIAG USE TO BE $80 NEW OWNERS NOW $248.99 THEN IT END UP BEING 299 BECAUSE THEY ADD ON "SHOP SUPPLIES" WHAT xx THAT? THAT MORE THAN THE QUOTED AMOUNT. SUPPLIES SHOULD BE COVERED YOU PAYING $248.99 FOR YOUR 30 SECONDS OF TIME. THEN THEY WANNA CHARGE $3100 TO REPLACE A RADIATOR. DO I LOOK STUPID? RADIATOR $1039 PLUS 1259 LABOR, THERMOSTAT $274 PLUS LABOR, FLUID ANOTHER ALMOST 300 PLUS LABOR TOTAL APPROX 3100. HERE THE ISSUE. RADIATOR AT AUTO STORE $229.99 THAT 4 1/2 TIMES MORE THE DEALER TRYING TO CHARGE. THERMOSTAT $33.99 BREAKS DOWN TO DEALER CHARGING 8X MORE THEN THE ACTUAL COST. MY TOTAL DOING IT MYSELF $269 FOR RADIATOR, THERMOSTAT AND ANTIFREEZE. I STOPPED GOING HER WHEN CRYSTAL OWNED IT THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT THEY RAISED ALL THE PRICES 5X WHAT IS WAS THEN TRY TO JUSTIFY IT BY LYING TO YOUR FACE WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT. SO BIG xxxx YOU TO THIS PLACE. I REPORTED THIS PLACE AND WILL POST IT EVERY WEB SITE THERE IS TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM BEING SCAMMED BY YOU. More
