I am only reviewing the service department. My advisor (Mike S who is absolutely wonderful) was ill on the day of my appointment. Lacks communication and uninformed of warranty covered even though Jeep is less than 3 years old and was informed of this. If I hadn’t said something at the time of informing me of cost the bill would have been more than 500 dollars more. Did not receive coupon price for oil change. More
