Bought a new 2021 Jeep Gladiator and the paint bubbling around hood. Took to Buick for repair was told at least 10 Jeeps has been brought in with same problem. Was told the dealership was bought up by the same people who own Mercedes and Cadillac big dealers and being treated like this. Plus Mr. Smiley screws up appointment time whole experience has been nothing but a headache. More
I was informed that they will not be honoring the prepaid service agreement I purchased with my vehicle. I had my truck serviced there recently, and the service provided by the tech was excellent! However; I was advised by the staff that the new owners wouldn’t be honoring any half-price oil changes. Since that was a condition of the previous vehicle sales to us; I find that decision by the new owners unacceptable. Therefore, even though we’ve been loyal customers at this dealership since 1987 (when they were located east of Brooksville) we won’t be buying any more vehicles from the new owners. That’s a lot of vehicles, since we usually bought them two at a time, every 2-3 years. I’ve heard that many other former customers feel the same way; the new idiot owners nickel and dime mentality will cost them some real money in lost customers/sales. Richard B. I was there for an oil change at 1 pm. They were on time and finished in one hour. They mentioned some service I would need next time when I could schedule a longer time frame to leave t They were on time and finished in one hour. It would be nice if this dealership retained its Service Advisors more than a couple of years. Over the last years I have seen the same service advisor about twice and then third time they are no longer there. It would be nice to have the same service advisor constantly so that he/she could get to know my car and in turn I can get to know them. More
