Visited Keith Corcoran, Service Department for an issue with a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. My worst fear, a bad cylinder head as they had issues from that model year. With only 78,000 miles the Jeep was in excelle with a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. My worst fear, a bad cylinder head as they had issues from that model year. With only 78,000 miles the Jeep was in excellent condition and needed repaired. Keith went above and beyond, sourcing a new cylinder head, and repairing the Jeep in a very reasonable amount of time. Service department tried to sell expensive un needed test instead of fixing simple problem. Brought it in for a cylinder one misfire after the diagnostic scan they told me they needed to do a cylinder c test instead of fixing simple problem. Brought it in for a cylinder one misfire after the diagnostic scan they told me they needed to do a cylinder compression test at a cost of almost $800.00 I refused brought it home and changed the #1 coil. What do you know fixed. Just wish would have done that first instead of wasting time and money with these crooks More
