The manager assured me that it was a mistake and they will correct the web postiing, the van is still being advertised as of today. I wonder how many people they have inconvenienced just hoping to bait and switch. I dorve 400 miles in a day, it is height of disregard for others' time and ethics. I feel sorry that dealer sales have to go through such tactics to make a living. SAD SAD state of affairs, I hope BBB and Autotrader see it. More

The ole bait and switch. Sent an online inquiry about a 2007 Chevy Avalanche. Was contacted the following day by Traci. I asked her to please verify that the vehicle was still available. Got there at 10:00 am the next day (traci was not in) and was told by several people that vehicle had been sold. I was stunned and pissed! I'm a car salesman myself and would never intentionally lie just to get someone in the door. Of course these losers were more than happy to offer me another Avalanche for 10k more than the one I had come to see. By the way, they continue to post ads for the same truck on cars.com, autotrader etc even though it was sold over a month ago. Stay Away!! More

After my usual Chrysler service center recently closed I was very happy to discover that Giuffre had just opened a new Chrysler dealership. When I showed up for my appointment for the first time I was even more thrilled to quickly find that I would be receiving quality service. I had been having an ongoing issue with my check engine light and after going over this with my service advisor he efficiently helped explain (in terms someone like myself could actually understand) and diagnose the issue. I was able to leave my car in that morning and get it back later on that day with the problem resolved. I truly appreciated the sincerity and understanding that was showed by their staff and I can now comfortably say that Giuffre will be my new go to place from now on. More
