Being my first time purchasing a new car, I was a bit overwhelmed at the thought of the process. But Michaella was absolutely amazing. She had everything together for me when I arrived onsite. We had been in communication over the course of a week as my schedule kept changing on my actual arrival date. She kept me informed on everything as changes were made or needed. I dropped in Saturday completely unannounced and was in and out in probably under 2 hours absolutely amazing. She even volunteered to pick me up from the repair shop where my truck was being worked on a few miles down the road, to expedite the process. My extremely busy schedule was definitely kept in mind and catered to. Although I am an out of state buyer, you will definitely be recommended to everyone I know. Thanks again for everything! More
