Could not duplicate issue with $70k vehicle with less than 2 thousand miles. Vehicle shut off while driving. Service department was supposed to call at noon to give me an update. I called around 1 pm to than 2 thousand miles. Vehicle shut off while driving. Service department was supposed to call at noon to give me an update. I called around 1 pm to follow up with an email I received about what was inspected. Service representative informed me that the person helping me was not available and would call me back. I showed up around 2 to follow up and the lady let me know they forgot to call and input my service information into the system. Thanks for the service,I’ll continue to be proactive on my part for a new vehicle that cuts out while I’m driving. More
