I had an electrical service issue with my new Chrysler, bought 6 months, but the old service manager was militantly rude, unprofessional, and refused to service their own vehicle. I have a service warrante bought 6 months, but the old service manager was militantly rude, unprofessional, and refused to service their own vehicle. I have a service warrantee but this customer service issue resulted me suing this dealership. You may want to think twice before buying lemons at this dealership. More

I gave this dealership an A1 rating when we purchased our vehicle but after purchase when we had a few issues that needed to be addressed we had a hard time getting those issues fixed and even getting in con vehicle but after purchase when we had a few issues that needed to be addressed we had a hard time getting those issues fixed and even getting in contact with the manager.
