we have long felt that any car-purchasing experience would be a challenge - no matter where we went. alas, we have used this dealership (formerly Napleton's) for many car purchases (more less painful t would be a challenge - no matter where we went. alas, we have used this dealership (formerly Napleton's) for many car purchases (more less painful than others), so when we wanted to upgrade our 2013 to a 2023, we found what we wanted in stock and went and made the transaction ... how WAS it? hmm ... felt the company is working very hard to have all the diversity, inclusion pieces in place which, to our sensibilities, doesn't always equate with quality. we made our purchase - in cash - which meant no one would make more money off of us and the customer attention swiftly waned. no surprise. our sales person was "fine" - young and still learning how to listen. would this experience have been different/better elsewhere? likely not. Was not impressed, had appointment car was not there to be seen. Salesmen never gave his name. They ran credit and told me it was too much car for me. I also have a 2014 Range Rover Sport that I owe around $8,500.00 on(158,000 miles) and they didn’t seem willing to work with me. More

Extremely poor experience. They were very slow to respond- like days. Then the vehicle advertised was MUCH more expensive than the advertising showed, because of “add-ons” th They were very slow to respond- like days. Don’t shop here, I would say they are deceptive in their approach to the point of fraud. More
Did not address the root cause of the problem; tire pressure sensor on and under warranty and they did not fox it. They turned it off, but it came back on the next morning. Items to be fixed on vehicle were not done. Gave only one keyless entry fob, I spend over $400 for new one. Told there was a brake controller for tow pkg, there wasn't. Spend $276 to add one. Would only offer $500 for a trade, that was a joke. I like the Tahoe, but I wouldn't go back to dealership. More
