Be aware of their bait and switch tactics. Prior to the appointment they spammed me with text messages to confirm I was going in. I'm not mad at them for selling the car... but a courtesy call to let me know the car was no longer available was warranted, before taking an hour drive to get there. Thanks for the lesson boys! More

It's called a bad management! !! I was told they would match Carvana offer. I was asked to send the offer from Carvana and my Vin#. Which I complied with down to the T. I expl !! I explained I was driving 6 and half hrs and I needed everything in writing. I was told the salesman was sent home, because he was making offers for cars the company could not stand behind. I asked to have a manager to return my call. I heard nothing from the company. Called back and after several phones. I was told " We can't match Carvana and offered 4000 less. What a crock. Do not trust thier word. Pass this company up unless you want a bunch of lies. More

Bought a new Jeep Wrangler with Corning Gorilla Glass from the dealership and got a rock to the windshield that cracked the windshield within first month. Contract CDJR of Chicago's service department and they had me come in 8/28 to take pictures to file a claim. Service person said they had a few of these they were working on. Waited a week and heard nothing. Called and they said they were waiting on the claim to be processed. Then got a text asking pictures of the serial numbers on 9/6/24. Its 9/19/24 and no one has reached out to me. Called today and the service person checked notes that said the claim was denied. Why do we pay extra for Gorilla Glass? Why can't someone communicate with me on what to do? More
