$50 supply fee and additional $30 charge for using a credit credit is excessive and was not communicated prior to or during the service. Had to wait til completed to find that out. Did they really use $50 worth of paper and lubricant on my vehicle? Where’s the breakdown of that? Seems like a tack on to pad revenue. Communication was lacking around completion time as well.
