Very disappointed with my experience here. That means an electrical issue that caused the batteries to fail was never actually ruled out. Despite that, the dealership made no effort to advocate for reimbursement or help resolve the issue. They also wouldn’t assist me with contacting Zurich or even pulling up my Zurich contract to see if there was coverage. For the amount of money spent here, I expected much better customer service and at least some effort to help a customer instead of simply handing me the bill. More

The dealership service department scheduled me quickly for a recall inspection, oil change and tire rotation. 3 visits for the same fault code in approx 1200 miles, each time claiming my truck to be repaired, refusing to process the Tech Service Bulletin I kept showing them, and never a courtesy/loaner vehicle, e each time claiming my truck to be repaired, refusing to process the Tech Service Bulletin I kept showing them, and never a courtesy/loaner vehicle, even though my truck is still under original factory warranty that includes that coverage. I went to Goldstein Ram with the CEL on again about 200 miles after the 3rd visit to Clifton Park. Goldstein gave me choices for a courtesy vehicle, had me driving home within 30 minutes of arriving there for my appointment, and they kept working the diagnostic tree until they found the problem, which is the same thing the TSB is for. I have no desire to return to Clifton Park service since I have zero faith in them now. More
