Very disappointed with my experience here. I was charged over $1,200 to replace both batteries after they died, yet they couldn’t even complete the necessary testing because the batteries were I was charged over $1,200 to replace both batteries after they died, yet they couldn’t even complete the necessary testing because the batteries were already dead. That means an electrical issue that caused the batteries to fail was never actually ruled out. Despite that, the dealership made no effort to advocate for reimbursement or help resolve the issue. They also wouldn’t assist me with contacting Zurich or even pulling up my Zurich contract to see if there was coverage. For the amount of money spent here, I expected much better customer service and at least some effort to help a customer instead of simply handing me the bill. More
