I gave this 1 star because it wouldn't accept 0 stars. ..worst customer service I've EVER experienced anywhere!!!! Long story short, I brought my jeep in for 2 small paint chips on the door hinges..got it ..worst customer service I've EVER experienced anywhere!!!! Long story short, I brought my jeep in for 2 small paint chips on the door hinges..got it back the first time with a chip still in it and someone else's paint spray all the both sides of my jeep...Sent it back the 2nd time for the spray to be gone and more chips in the paint then when I left it! So they had it another 2 days and it was finally "right"....I filled the tank of my rental and then had it the extra 2 days..I told the girl they need to fill it before they bring it back..least they could do..it was literally like 6 gallons...well they never did so I was charged $67 by hertz...they won't reimburse me for it because I signed a contract!!! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from here again!!! More
I had warranty work that needed to be done with my hood. I told them that it was ridiculous and that I would go to the dealership, pick up the work order and drive the vehicle to the body shop myself. They refused. I had been working with Chrysler and they told me that they did not require that the employees drive my vehicle, especially for body work, to the body shop. The dealership made up that rule, and because of that, they are in breach of contract. More
Took my vehicle there to get warranty work done. All was well until I realized a coin purse I had in my center console (with a decent amount of cash) was gone. It was in there before I dropped it off, and not when I picked it up. Would give this place no stars if I could, wish I trusted my gut and took it with me when I dropped it off. More
In the summer of 2022, Clifton Park Dodge was to complete an inspection on my vehicle. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, the technician told me that they were not able to do inspections at the tim an inspection on my vehicle. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, the technician told me that they were not able to do inspections at the time. No one called to let me know, and I had to go back to get this completed at another time. I asked that they still take my truck (only one year old at the time) back to check my brakes, as they did not feel adequate and vibrated. The service tech took my car back and I waited for over an hour in the waiting room. At that time, they told me that my truck needed new brakes, but they would need to order parts and I would need to come back to get them replaced. Later that day, I noticed damage to my rim that was not previously there and was only damaged on surfaces that protruded, as if the wheel were dropped. The dealership denied dropping it at first, and then after multiple dealings agreed to fix the wheel. This has since happened at the same dealership to my aunt, only they dropped 3 of her wheels! Upon returning to have my brakes replaced, new rotors and break pads were installed, but leaving the dealership, my car felt like a wheel was going to fly off (horrible vibration/shaking). The dealership refused to address these concerns. My family member tightened all lug nuts on my rims and discovered the newly installed rotor had a large gash in it. Again, the dealership did nothing about this. On 12/31/22, I took my truck to Nemer Dodge for routine oil change and tire rotation. They reported to me that my 1.5 year old truck now needs new tires and the newly installed brakes were not installed properly, and the slides were not greased. Clifton Park Dodge is not taking responsibility for this and I am very dissatisfied with the service I received, and that continues to haunt me today. I feel this is unfair that I now have to replace tires on a brand new vehicle. More
Sub par service department, sub par customer service, sub par sales department. There's obviously a disconnect because they shamelessly blew my phone up asking for a 5 star review over and over again after e par sales department. Update: Had to go to the attorney general for something that they could have easily apologized for and resolved. Horrible Customer Service!!!! Bought a brand new van 2 years ago. Brought it in last month that they could have easily apologized for and resolved. Horrible Customer Service!!!! Bought a brand new van 2 years ago. Brought it in last month because paint was already bubbling( rusting underneath) on the hood. Was told it would take 5-7 days. They had me do a rental through Hertz, that they’d pay for, while it was being fixed. I have an 8 passenger van & told them numerous times I needed an 8 seater vehicle before my appointment. When I dropped it off they did not have anything but a 4 seater. I waited 3+ hrs and Hertz found what I though t was an 8 seater but it was only 7. I then had to drive to Latham to sign papers and get it. Zappone had my car 11 days.Hertz then charged me for 4 days. I called Zappone and Mike the service manager said it was because I didn’t fill it with gas. I actually filled it right before dropping it off. Then hertz said it was because Zappone put it for a 7 day rental and that’s all they paid. It has now been over 3 months and I don’t have my $ back from Hertz, despite repeated calls to both companies. Carl from Zappone was the only decent manager I spoke with but unfortunately he did not resolve the matter. I have 6 children to feed and I should have never incurred this charge to begin with. I believe Zappone should also do loaners instead of using Hertz in the future. Unfortunately they’ve lost me as a future customer as well as Hertz has. More
