This dealership is full of Unethical, Immoral, Lying deceitful MEN that take ADVANTAGE of WOMEN! And when he’s not with me this is what they did .- Chris was calling me to trade in my vehicle early because I had equity in my trade. (4 months before it was up). It’s because they have no cars on the lot .I told Chris that I’m in the process of buying a new house and I CAN’T jeopardize my credit that I need to discuss with my mortgage loan officer. She told me I would have to go from a lease to a lease and stay within THE SAME amount. The deal and terms were ALL discussed in text and over the phone. When the right car came in, - we would make the deal. Chris KNEW I needed 3 years 12k miles, when he offered me 10k a year. I work 2 jobs and I told him I need 12,000 same as my last two leases that I always come close. THAT’S IN writing.. He had me apply using Chrysler Capital I received my pre approval. It took a month for the car to come in. He was trying to to have me put down money on my lease in other words money in their pocket . Why would I put money down with all this equity you’re talking about? So when it’s time to go pick up the car the terms AND the financing company changed without my knowledge. . I EXPECTED TO HAVE A LOAN with Chrysler capital three years 12,000 miles I was busy the night I went to go pick up the car however Chris had the day off the following day so I did this person a favor only to find out how much they Took ADVANTAGE of a SINGLE WOMAN . Without my knowledge they went shopping around for loans. My credit score is a 858 I have it in my hands from chrysler capital - they had me complete A Chrysler capital application when “supposably” they’re no longer using Chrysler capital for your financing? That’s what I was told when it was time to sign the papers. I told him I was not gonna be able to make it in time until they were about to close. Chris said that’s no problem I showed up 10 minutes before they were closing while I went into Bryans office they closed the dealership down locked the doors. I’m showing up to sign a lease from Chrysler capital. They had a month to call me and tell me they were shopping around. Bryan told me some that they’re no longer using Chrysler capital. However I spoke with Chrysler and they said that’s not so. They never submitted my documents to Chrysler They had a lease from Hudson Valley credit Union I’ve never heard of the place, I NEVER filled out an application to get financing with HVCU I have my own credit union. A birdie told me that they’re just getting craftier shopping deals because they’re making more with this credit Union. . I didn’t fill out an application to apply to HVCU I would like to know when I have an 858 credit score why you’re shopping around for loans when I didn’t ask for a cheaper loan I just didn’t want a loan that was gonna cost me more money than I was already paying because I was in the process of selling my home. So BRYAN from finance told me they aren’t using them anymore but DON’T worry we found you the SAME TERMS. The terms I agreed to in writing with Chris. Financing this amount, THREE YEARS, 36,000 miles “SAME TERMS LIKE YOUR LAST” Exactly what Brian said. What WASN’T disclosed is that THIS credit union reports the FULL balance of the car to the credit union what wasn’t DISCLOSED was that I was signing a 39 month lease he SPECIFICALLY said from his mouth THREE YEARS. As he put his pen to the bottom and said sign here he should’ve said 39 MONTHS OR 3 YEARS 3 MONTHS (WITH NO EXTRA MILES) those three months are commission in their pocket and 750 to 1000 out of mine. LEFT OUT IT WAS A BALLOON PAYMENT AND IM FINANCING THE ENTIRE AMOUNT THAT IS REPORTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT. When I specifically expressed to the salesman CHRIS that I can’t go over a certain amount because I need to buy a house. Bryan OMITTED EVERYTHING THAT WOULD'VE HAD ME WALK AWAY. Now for the last few months I’m sending numerous emails, that I still have, TEXT messages that I still have. Now I financed triple to what I TOLD THEM I NEEDED I have NO HOUSE AND ALL THIS DEBT ON MY REPORT OMISSION IS LYING!!!! So even when I showed BRYAN my credit report AND CALLED THE CREDIT UNION IN FRONT OF HIM HE SAID HE COULDNT LISTEN HE HAD A “meeting” A TEAM MEETING HOW CONVENIENT A MEETING THAT WAS CALLED ON THE LOUD SPEAKER AFTER HE LEFT THE ROOM. So they can Scam MORE PEOPLE Had he stayed he would’ve heard Joy from HVCU SAY “Leases PRIOR TO JANUARY 2022 ARE CONSIDERED BALLOON LEASES AND THE FULL AMOUNT IS REPORTED ON THE CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE MY MOTHER DID AND WHEN I SIGNED THE 3 minutes they gave me to sign the contract In December 2021. They did NOT READ THE DOCUMENT NOR DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION This process has been a NIGHTMARE from the start. NOW I HAVE NO ROOF OVER MY HEAD AND HAVE A CAR LOAN OVER 35k on my credit report as a Balloon payment. I won’t be able to DRIVE my car. NOW I’m getting VEHICLE health reports that my malfunction light is on that if I continue to drive it could cause DEATH if I’m in an accident. Do you think they acknowledged me ? NO Also I received my first vehicle report at 940 miles and I had 62% oil life in my car . I only reached 2300 and I needed an OIL CHANGE. Oil I was working from home the last 13 weeks. An oil change on a brand new car with a less than three months and significantly less than 3000 miles when I was told that this car won’t need an oil change for 7000 miles . The car is also missing carpet underneath the winter weather tech mats that I didn’t agree to . So when I went for my 13 week oil change Travis told me that’s Not right. That I should have 100% oil life and drive 1000 miles so he told me to keep track. And I brought a witness this time. I went there last Wednesday I didn’t drive my car for four days my car is now at 94% in oil life in 8 days. So when I called the dealership today and asked for Travis The manager calls me back and everything that Travis told me is not accurate. So again more deceit.! I was working from home 3 months I had the car 3 weeks and I’m at 62% oil. They told me I’m getting 7,000 miles in between oil changes. There was 14 miles on the car, in 13.5 weeks I needed and oil change??? Every health report has come back that my malfunction indicator light is on, yet they claim it’s not, I just went to vacuum my car and pulled up the winter mats that no one told me I was paying for to find missing carpet under the winter mats. I’ve been writing them, calling them and no one returns your calls. I went to see The BRYAN when I went for my 2000 mile oil change and I told him I’ve been writing him, texting the sales guy CHRIS and Bill and several other pple and NO one returns my calls or messages. Now I learned the big picture today not ONE PERSON IN THAT PLACE IS HONEST they’re lying, and unethical deal they gave me i’ve been looking for a home to reunite me and my son for months and now they took that away from me so the dealership can make a few extra bucks And what am I supposed to do take the BUS FOR 3 months so they could make money off of me and NOW the manager gets on the phone because I told them I’m reporting them and he told me what Travis said is not true. OK so I had the car for 4 weeks and my health report my oil was at 62% by 13.5 6 percent and he’s telling me that’s normal. I was told I would get 7,000 miles in between oil changes. And that the health report and the malfunction is wrong YET All the other information on the health report is accurate so now they’re Refusing me service by brushing it off saying it’s normal to lose 6 percent oil life in 6 days. The dealership, DIDNT DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO ME THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE A LOGICAL DECISION AND THEY'RE NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ! . My credit report indicates a balloon lease I’ve spoken to the bank. So I STRESSED TO THEM I CANNOT FINANCE MORE AND THEY DIDN'T DISCLOSE TO ME I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE FULL BALANCE OF THE CAR ON MY CREDIT REPORT. They just jeopardized me finding a home. And I’m in a car that’s telling me every month that it’s dangerous to drive.! Now I’ll have to look up the service managers name down because he called me not Travis saying “oh he knows all about me” is it because I just gave them a crappy dealership rating after my experience from zappone? I know how that impacts their pockets. But why wouldn’t I call them like I see it Criminals the manager is telling me that what Travis said is incorrect. So I’m supposed to be getting an oil change every 2300 miles every 30 miles I’m driving I’m losing oil life he stated that the vehicle health report aren’t accurate funny it accurately depicts my tire pressure it accurately depicts my fuel level it accurately depicts my miles but it doesn’t accurately depict the malfunction indicator light and the oil level. There’s something wrong with this car‘s engine and he is refusing to acknowledge that because Travis‘s plan was for me to monitor it and call him because then somethings wrong. But all he could suggest to me is contact Chrysler for the buyback which we all know 99% of the time they don’t buy back the car. And my HVCU car loan says early termination I will have to pay several thousands of dollars does anyone know how much that is several thousands of dollars . So I’m suppose to be subjected to these MEN WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN who are LYING TO WOMEN, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. And NOT EVEN CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT MY VEHICLE REPORT IS TELLING ME FOR 3 months that I COULD BE IN DANGER IF I CONTINUE TO DRIVE THIS CAR. I WILL NOT BE SUBJECTED TO THIS STRESS . They’re DECEITFUL AND I HAVE TO BE THERE EVERY 13 WEEKS FOR AN OIL CHANGE FOR OVER 3 YEARS.. SO THEY'RE UNWILLING TO ADDRESS MY jeep CONCERNS, the TERMS - THIS IS BEING REPORTED THEY HAD A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY DID NOTHING. We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on October 21st, 2021. Since then we have been back 9 times for a door on the vehicle that will not lock along with other issues. Sales manager Dave says nothing is wrong with the door. On January 3rd, I went back again with my concerns. As I started to talk to the salesman who sold us the car, the sales manager started yelling at me that the car does not have any problems. I tried to tell him about the ongoing problems with the door and he got in my face and yelled " Get the F*** out of the dealership". At this time I have 4 other Zappone employees in front of me and he continued to use the F word in front of my wife. At this time I asked him to stop using the F word in front of my wife and that I was done and going to contact the BBB-AG and Jeep corporation. It's a wonder they are still in business. In all the years i have done business with Chrysler ,Dodge, Corporation Zappones should be shut down. This is the worst dealership in the area! I brought my car in for a torn CV boot that was covered under my LIFETIME powertrain warranty. I was without a car for 3 weeks and they did not offer me a loaner and would not pay for a rental, it was my responsibility. During our search, we came across Zappone and kept an eye on one particular vehicle from their website. It stickered for $44,320, but, being a model year old, it was listed at a market price of $37,780. Several weeks after we began our initial search, the site had it down to $34,780. We made an appointment, took a test drive, and sat down with a sale agent to make the purchase. She came back with a price that was $3,000 more than what the website advertised. When we brought this price discrepancy to her attention, she found the vehicle on the site, acknowledged the difference in price, and brought it to the attention of the manager. She came back only to report it was an error on the site based on who input the information and the price she had given us was what it was supposed to be. We indicated we had come for the price they advertised, so she went back to management. After waiting for some time, the manager came out. He indicated it was a "glitch" on the site and offered to reduce the price by a small portion of the difference between their advertised price and their new sale price. When we declined, he tried to sell us a different vehicle. He also told us he would speak to the owner and give us a call, but, not surprisingly, we never heard back. I had never been to Zappone before, and I certainly won't be back after this experience, nor could I in good conscience recommend anyone else consider this dealership. They are either intentionally deceptive (which is absolutely the way we are leaning) or else completely disorganized and lacking attention to detail (although the price of a vehicle is hardly a small detail to mess up/overlook). While the sales representative was very helpful, the manager we encountered left much to be desired in the way of interpersonal skills, especially considering the egregious "error" on their end. My best advice to anyone looking is to look elsewhere. More

Zappone has to be the worst dealership that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Here are the FACTS: I had a 1:00pm appointment made for 1/8/20 because my check engine light came on and when this happens you can't remotely start your car, which totally sucks this time of year. So usually with a check engine light your mechanic would hook it up to a computer and codes would come spilling out the problems in minutes. Like a dummy and very patient person, I sat in their waiting room for over an hour and a half with no word on what they found. I waited 10 more minutes and then went back to the service desk to speak to the service agent who checked me in. At first she looked at me like she had no idea who I was, I asked her in my authoritive voice, "What is going on with my truck? I have been waiting for over an hour and a half with no word!" She looks at me and says, "I don't know." So instead of dealing with her incomitance, I went in to find a manager to voice my disappointments. There I find only a Financial Manager who refuses to connect me with the owner. I explain to him what has happened and he goes to look into it. About 5 minutes later the service girl agent comes in to the waiting room and says to me that my truck will be out in 5 minutes. WAIT, WHAT! Using by authoritive voice I said "Wait a minute, that's not how this works, you have such bad customer service here and the lack of communication is ridiculous!" "Why was I not told what the problems were before you supposedly fixed them? "Why was I not updated on what was going on? Why were you letting me sit out here without saying anything?" "You have no accountability, this place is awful and has absolutely no customer service!" She leaves me saying that my truck will be out in five minutes. (Get ready for the good part!) I'm sitting in a chair mind you, and I hear a door slam open with a man vigorously walking towards me shouting, "How dare you speak to my employee like that!" Now this man who is over 6' tall and being overly aggressive gets into my face and starts screaming at me. Truth to be told, I immediately stood up and yelled back at him, "This is how you address your companies incomitance?" Long story, short... words were exchanged loudly and then I found myself surrounded by 5 service men, all of them yelling at me to get the xxxx out, getting in my face and being very aggressive. Now those of you close to me know that I am not a violent physical person, however, I can have some real zingers come out of my mouth when I feel threatened. At this point, five guys are surrounding me yelling at me with insults and threatening bodily harm! That's right, bodily harm! One guys rips off his mask gets inches from my face and threatens to beat the xxxx out of me with his little backup buddy! At this point, I am walking out backwards because I did not trust turning my back on these idiots! (Please note at no time did I remove my mask or threaten bodily harm to anyone.) They told me that I was fat, they used profanity and made fun of my license plate! 😂 As I backed out of the building the guys followed me to the parking lot, again my Truck was not there and not ready. The guy with the no mask is still harassing me. I can only assume that the lady service agent was either a wife or dating one of these gentleman from the behavior that I was witnessing. Then I got into my truck and left in shock of what just happened. I decided to call the State Troopers in Clifton Park and report the incident. I was told on the phone that I should come down and fill out a harassment complaint, so I did. I get there and talk to an officer who told me that its not harassment but he will file a complaint. Unfortunately, I did not pull out my phone and video tape the madness, so its a she said, he said situation. I asked the officer if he could demand to see the security videos inside the place, smart right? Well nope, the officer calls the dealership which they deny everything and tells the officer that they don't have video cameras! What, there is no cameras at a car dealership? LOL, So I can immediately hear the sounds of someone sweeping it under the rug! LOL If you believe that the dealership has no videos of inside and outside of their property I have a bridge I can sell you! What does everyone think? I did my public duty, and am letting everyone know about the unprofessionalism of this dealership. Enter at your own RISK! Here is some bonus info, I took my truck to them four weeks ago for a 15 minute oil change and when they drove my truck in they rammed it into the lift and wrecked my tire! I bought a new truck from Zappone in September. I drove three hours to Zappone because they had the only truck around with the options I wanted. The financing had been already figured out and we had agreed on a tentative price. They knew I was coming and the truck wasn’t even washed and there was 2 inches of water in the bed. The drain holes were plugged. When test driving the truck it was out of alignment. When discussing the purchase the sales manager said he was not moving on the price at all because the paperwork was already done and he was not changing it and that they already weren’t making money on the truck and they couldn’t run a business like that. And then he told me we worked his butt off to get the interest rate he got me. My credit is excellent so I doubt it was that hard. He knew I drove 3 hours and told me I could take it or leave it. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because I wanted the truck and it was the only one like it around. It was amazing how fast he changed the paperwork (that he wouldn’t change) when I added gap insurance. I was there at 9 am and didn’t leave until 1pm because the truck was not ready. The wash/detail they did on the truck was horrible and it’s dirtier under the hood than my 15 year old Chevy. The service was terrible and nobody cared about the fact you had to wait four hours for what should have been an hour. You would think they would have been thrilled that someone was finally buying a truck that had been there for 9 months but I guess not. The cherry on top is that we agreed on them throwing in a class 5 hitch pin to seal the deal. They said they’d send it to me. They never did. I talked to Matt Zappone in October and he said he’d take care of it. He also said he’d set me up with a maintenance plan through mopar. It’s the end of December and he still has not done anything he said he would. If the owner doesn’t do what he says he will, how do you think the rest of the employees are going to treat you? More
