That is, until I met the most patient, tolerant, courteous Salesman I have ever encountered. He was able to answer my barrage of questions that I fired at him in our initial meeting and he was very tolerant of my husband's sarcastic wit. In all, we met with him three times and each time he treated us as if we were his number 1 client and he had known us for years. I don't keep many business cards and I have certainly never kept a SalesPersons card, but Joe Thomas' card has claimed a very coveted and permanent spot in my wallet. I also need to give a huge shout out to Matt, who I met for just a short time, but was able to regain my confidence in the negotiation and financing department. You guys made this experience fun. Now, if I could just clone Joe and send him to Verizon Wireless to teach them a thing or two about Customer Service ... More

Very easy going and hassle free I arrived at the dealership simply to do a little looking around. I was approached by a very friendly salesman as I was looking at trucks. I told him I arrived at the dealership simply to do a little looking around. I was approached by a very friendly salesman as I was looking at trucks. I told him my exact situation and exactly what I was looking for. In return he escorted me around to look at a few models. Found one I liked and took it for a ride. We then proceeded to the showroom to his desk to work some numbers. I didn't think they would come close to what I wanted. He came back about 15 mins later and showed me the numbers. I couldn't have been more pleased and agreed to the deal on the spot. Took delivery within a few hours. I was not overly impressed with the detail job that was done on my new truck but was assured that when I bring it back to have part installed on it they would take care of everything no problem. So I guess we will see if that happens. Overall I had a pretty good experience at Zappone! More
