Very little to no communication. All done by texting and only twice. Stating we have looked at the car and then when it was ready for pick up two weeks later. Not impressed. Also the cashier needs to be “discharged without reference”. Too busy on his cell phone to be bothered. Picked up the car and the drivers door hinge was ”tweaked” making a terrible crunching noise. They looked at it and said bring it back on Friday. There were multiple greasy finger and palm prints on the hood! I decided against bringing it back and replaced the hinge assembly myself. In the day I worked for a dealer this type of customer service would never have been tolerated or you would be out the door! Have to say will never go back. More

Service advisor was very polite and professional. Went in to have a New York state trailer inspection on my 2014 Jeep Mopar Trail edition camper. Just the lights no brakes. After 35 minutes they found my trailer in the computer. Inspector did not pass my vehicle said my lights might have some micro corrosion and were pulsing. They did not offer to help in any way or try an electrical cleaner. Left the dealer went to Midas brake shop directly down the street and passed safety inspection. Nothing wrong with trailer wiring. This was my first time at this Jeep dealership. I do not think I would bring my 2016 Jeep Rubicon in for any service More
