This car from Baker was a car I bought myself for fun. I bought it on January 14, 2021; I still do not have the license plate on May 24, 2021, and the car sits undriven in my garage. They delayed the processing, sent me for the wrong inspection, and neglected to provide documentation from their dealership to the state, all of which slowed the process. They were defensive at every turn, blaming everyone else for these errors. Today, they called me and told me that they undercharged me by almost $800 back in January, and they will not send me the plate unless I paid them this money. The whole experience feels dirty, and I regret doing business with them. More

This is the kind of dealership that gives good dealerships and sales people a bad name. All they care about is selling the vehicle and absolutely nothing about customer satisfaction. It had higher mileage than I was looking for but I bought it because I was assured that it had been through a thorough inspection and their service department was excellent. Three days after I purchased the vehicle I took it to my local jeep dealer to put step bars on it and found out that it had a bent frame. Also was able to see that it has a significant leak in the rear differential and oil leaks from the engine. All very obvious just from putting it on the rack and looking under the vehicle. If this dealerships idea of a thorough inspection doesn’t include putting the vehicle on a rack and searching for significant leaks then I don’t think they know what an inspection is. Less than 1000 miles on the vehicle it starts to overheat so I take it back to my local dealer and find out that it’s got a cracked radiator, a cracked over flow Reservoir and the thermostat is bad. Cost $1100 to fix just so I could drive it. I have not addressed the differential or oil leaks yet. My temporary tag expired March 5 so I called to find out when I would get my plates. I have called and asked to speak with a manager 10 or 12 times over the last 3 1/2 months and every single time I’m told that the managers are busy with customers and they will call me right back. Not One manager has called. They sold me a crap vehicle that has broken down with less than 1000 miles on it. I don’t have tags and this dealership just does not care. Be careful of any pre-owned vehicle you purchase at the store. They will lie to you to say whatever they need to in order to sell you a car. After that you are on your own. More

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara in the summer of 2018. Konstantin Oginsky, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and friendly. He deserves 5 stars. The problem was with the finance manager, Darren DeMatteo. He sold me packages, which in retrospect, were good only for the dealership. First, he said I should clay bar the whole vehicle for $700, which would give me an extended warranty on the paint. He said the process takes an afternoon, but since I was in a hurry, he would have the team do it quickly. They were "done" in 20 minutes, and I didn't get to see what work they had completed. I later discovered the warranty is honored only at Baker Jeep, which is quite a distance from where I live, rendering it essentially useless. Even though I had cash ready, Darren pushed me to finance the vehicle for a minimum of 4 months, because my credit score was extremely high and that rating would balance out other customers who have lower credit scores, allowing Baker Jeep to offer more loans. In return, he would throw in free oil changes for 4 years under a Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan. It sounded like a good idea until (1) the loan interest in the first month was more than the total cost of the oil changes and (2) in May 2021 when I tried to use a free oil change, I saw that the plan provides only a $20 credit, leaving the balance to the customer. From what I understand, Darren no longer works at Baker Jeep, but for me the damage is already done, and I felt compelled to share my story. More

We would recommend anyone looking for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep to go to Rob at Baker. Rob at Jeep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. When we could not find what we were looking for, Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep to go to Rob at Baker. Rob at Jeep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
