Was a great facilitator between me and management about a car in inventory such that it got me ready to visit and test drive. There was no pressure. He also alerted me to a trade that very same day on the very same car (2018 Dodge Durango SRT). He sent me pics over text and worked with management to get me all the info I needed to consider it without stepping foot in the door. Awesome. Once I made it in person, he directed to my salesman Konstantin Oginsky. Konstantin was also great. Answered all my questions without pressure, worked hard to get me in and out in the time I allotted for the visit, looked into everything I asked (such as cost of Spare tire kit), and could answer all my questions on the car. Delivery was super easy and quick as I had asked it to be. After, he arranged the service appt to install the tire kit and ensured Service knew I was coming. At the end of the day, I know I paid more than I could have at another higher pressure dealer, but the people at this dealer (including used car manager I worked with negotiating trade) heard me when I said I don’t like pressure and they were so accommodating, that I actually felt good about spending more money as I think it was worth the positive experience. Needless to say, I absolutely love the car and since I picked it up two days after it was traded, I felt like it was meant to be. I highly recommend this dealer for sales and service (worked with Sean Shannon in service who was also great and did everything he promised in the timeframe he committed to to install the spare tire kit and do a few other sundry items).
