He and I believe one of the managers actually found the jeep that my girl ended up falling in love with. The important thing to note was, the Jeep I was looking for was not available at any dealerships nearby, however, Jim gave me suggestions and his advice, based on which I ordered a custom Jeep Wrangler. The fact I really liked about Jim was in no way he was pushy to go forward with them. After I decided on all the requirements on my Jeep, Jim placed the order directly with the factory and gave me a rough timeline of the process. Within 8 weeks my custom build Jeep Wrangler was delivered to me. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!
