Poor customer service at the highest level I tried to buy out my lease at the dealer. I made two appointments and both times the management team was too busy to honor the time. After 30 minute I tried to buy out my lease at the dealer. I made two appointments and both times the management team was too busy to honor the time. After 30 minutes in the waiting room for the second appointment , I wrote a negative customer service review on social media. Two minutes later the general manager read my post, found me in the waiting room and told me he wasn't going to do anything for me and to leave. If only he could have helped me that fast. He made it clear that because of my negative review he doesn't need or want my business. Poor customer service at the highest level. More

Recently, we purchased a Cherokee and received great service and follow-up assistance from Dillon Tung. I'd recommend Baker to anybody looking to buy a Dodge or Chrysler product in the central NJ area. For several years their service department was good and provided free oil changes with new car purchases but they no longer offer that. Also, I've noticed some aggressive (or careless, depending on your point-of-view) practices in their service department, so I only take vehicles there for warranty or recall work. The parts department is very helpful and I'd recommend them also. More
