I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, but I'm happy to say that I unexpectedly drove home with my new Compass a few hours later. Konstantin was very informative, patient, helpful and had a great demeanor. Nick was very accommodating, friendly and genuinely willing to assist me and my needs. I've been to a plethora of dealerships over the years and this one by far blows the others out of the water. There was no pressure to purchase, they were very understanding and their comfortable atmosphere only added to the pleasurable experience. I greatly appreciate the service that was provided to me. Awesome experience. I wasn't planning on buying a new car, until my previous Jeep got totaled in an accident. I hate the car buying process. I've always hated buying new cars - always getting the feeling that the dealer was trying to rip me off or overcharge me. I walked into Baker Jeep just intending to look and get an idea of what to buy. Konstantin was wonderful - ready to answer all questions and show me the vehicles I was interested in. I left that day with a pre-owned 2016 Grand Cherokee Limited. It's amazing. The day after, my tire sensor light was still lit up. I drove back to the dealer, explained that I had just purchased the vehicle. Konstantin made sure it was all taken care of - with an oil change and a fix on a recalled part as well before letting me leave that morning. Can't recommend this place enough. Go in and ask for Konstantin - he'll make sure you get the vehicle that fits your lifestyle and your budget. If I need another vehicle in the future, I'll definitely be returning here. More

After buying my first car from a dealership 2 years ago, an used 2007 Jeep Commander, and being first lied to and then pushed thru to make a deal. Then later finding out I was totally scammed. Dealing with this dealership was a total 180 experience. They were kind, helpful and completely honest. They explained every part of my deal step by step making sure I understood everything. I drove 150 miles from MD to NJ to buy from them and it was completely worth it. I would definitely be buying from them in the future. More
