One vehicle I purchased from inventory and was ready for me to drive home in hours. The second vehicle, they located at another dealership, as I was looking for specific option packages, and was in my driveway 3 days later. Typically this dealership gives excellent trade-in values, but this time I had to work Nick harder then I would have liked to get a fair market value on my trade-in. They pushed the usual extras at closing that I always decline but did a good job getting approval for my lease financing. The service department is no frills, but is reliable and does good work. The sales guy was friendly enough in the beginning while I was looking and test driving, but when it came down to it, he was just another xxxxxxx. From not getting me the correct interest rate until I was signing, to giving me a brand new car with issues (weather stripping not attached in car, pock marks on hood and trunk, passenger seat foam dented, driver seat lop sided) and not helping me get it corrected. They had my new car for over 2 weeks and would not give me updates or have it fixed. I ended up bringing it to another dealership to have the work completed. The service manager said "you know this is a new car", and I'm like, "yes, why are there so may issues and why can't you fix them?" He had no response. It's been several years since I purchased the car and had other issues (faulty wire in the trunk, convertible top not working to name a couple) and I still have such a bad feeling about this dealership. They handled my experience very poorly and because of that I would not recommend them to anyone. More
