He seemed annoyed with this and said he would cancel the deal and ("don't buy the car"). I had to take the car without the written proof of my waranty. He said the printer was down and he would mail me the waranty within a few days. Truthfully I was very doubtful that this was true. I took the deal anyway. He was arragant and talked down to me the whole time. I think he needs to take a refresher course in people skills!! More

Bad used car experience Bought a used car and they only had one key and said they are not responsible to get me another one. Two days later the battery for the one was bad an Bought a used car and they only had one key and said they are not responsible to get me another one. Two days later the battery for the one was bad and they they didn't know how to open the key FOB and told me to go next door to the Honda place. Honda charged me $10 for battery and wanted $168 for another key. More
