Obviously being wary of things that you receive in the mail he proceeded to call your dealership about the mailing to verify and they told him that HE DID WIN THE TV. He then set up an appointment to go visit this morning to claim his prize and also look at your vehicles. Once he got there the They explained that he did not win the TV and he did not read the fine print which included a double Asterisk in very fine print, basically lying to him. There were other upset people there who had experienced the same thing. They salesperson the proceeded to show him a 2015 vehicle with 30,000 miles on it when his own vehicle is in pristine condition and nearly paid off. I find it really ridiculous that you have to lure seventy year-old man to the dealership through these tactics, along with probably many other people. Especially when he called and you could've told him on the phone the real deal. Maybe you should purchase a book on business ethics, get new management, look at your current business practices and margins, and see if there's a reason why you can't attract customers for the quality of your product or advertise in an ethical manner. You should be ashamed. More
