Ryan took the time to explain all the details of the new vehicle and with the help of the sales manager, came up with a deal that was even better than I was expecting. All of this was accomplished without the usual high pressure sales tactics that car dealerships are known for. I didn't expect to actually get the car that day but they had just what I was looking for on the showroom floor and stayed late on a Saturday evening to finalize things so that I could drive the new car home that night. I will happily recommend Ryan Conard and Baker to friends and family. BTW - The new Pacifica is great. It is far superior to the the Honda Odyssey that we were driving. More

His coworker Nick Perna really took the time to answer all my financial questions (and there were many!) without being pushy or making me feel pressured into buying. Worst experience ever After a number of letters and emails from the dealer and after I had visited my local (Flemington) dealership I gave Baker CJD a chance - never again After a number of letters and emails from the dealer and after I had visited my local (Flemington) dealership I gave Baker CJD a chance - never again Kept waiting for an hour and after a cursory glance at my vehicle offered me $4000 less than the previous dealer in a trade in. I said that I thought we were too far apart and the rep (Dave maybe Doug?) told me to leave! What? Go on get out you can go! Most bizarre experience! I tried to contact the general manager of the dealer but never got a call back. Apparently this isn't unisual for this branch. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! More

We went to another dealership first but were strongly disappointed because of their way of treating us. (The employee was not very professional.) Then we went to Baker and were greeted by Kamel. He's very friendly and gave us no pressure to make quite decisions. What impressed us most was that, after showing us a vehicle, he immediately allowed my wife to take a test drive. The Cherokee was in an excellent condition and the price was reasonable. So after several rounds of Q&As we purchased the car. We haven't experienced anything unhappy with the overall purchasing process, and all the follow-up services were great. I want to say a big thank you to Kamel, and will recommend Baker Jeep to my friends. More
