Words can't express my feelings for this business. I have no idea where to start. I've never been approved for a car anywhere. Im on disability and a single father of a little girl so things are very h I have no idea where to start. I've never been approved for a car anywhere. Im on disability and a single father of a little girl so things are very hard. I have been struggling with a 1995 jeep Cherokee with holes in the floor covered by plywood. The heat didn't work the brakes were horrible. It got a death wobble over 40mph it was most certainly not a safe vehicle for anyone let alone a child yet no one seemed to care or want to help me out. I do not have good credit by any means yet Bobby Brooks (salesman) and Randy Fichtelberg (Internet manager) were more then happy to help me. I reached out to them with a not so nice email due to the aggravation of being rejected so many times I figured this place would be no different. Well I was promised they could help me if I could just come in and discuss my situation. A week later my appointment came up. I had to barrow a car to get there and drive all over to like 10 different ATMs to get my down payment and Almost didn't go but something told me I should. I got there and right away I was greeted with friendly handshakes and greetings. I was walked over to Bobby Brooks desk where the best day of my life began. Long story short I left with the exact jeep I wanted! a 2015 jeep renegade 6 speed manual its the nicest thing I've ever owned in my entire life. I pulled over on my way home to cry because I just can't believe this jeep is mine and I still can't. Both my parents passed away when I was younger, i had a daughter at 20yrs old, and have had scoliosis since I was 15 so things have been more then difficult for my. Baker auto gave me the jeep I never thought I'd have plus a chance to better my credit which is everything. I can not thank them enough!!! I have already recommended this place to over 10 people and when my fiance or I need another car we will 100% be going back here! Thank you guys again so much. You not only made an entire family more then happy but you also gave us all hope and that to me is priceless. More

Disappointing. I am one of those individuals who possesses what could either be deemed as a blessing or a curse. I know exactly what I like! So the story begins: My I am one of those individuals who possesses what could either be deemed as a blessing or a curse. I know exactly what I like! So the story begins: My husband and I visited this dealership approximately one month ago to test drive a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Incidentally, I have been a faithful Jeep owner since 1985. After our test drive we did not talk numbers on this particular vehicle because they didn’t have what I wanted. Nevertheless, I did have their sales manager take a look at my current Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for an appraisal. He kindly provided us with a number and we went on our way. Fast forward 1 month later. I was able to locate the "exact" vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at two dealerships in the tai-state area. Instead of rushing to one of these dealerships, I figured I’d give Baker a shot as I have utilized their service center with my current vehicle, and they are a local business. I contacted the Sales Manager with all of the details and locations of the vehicles I had found. He made a telephone call to one of the dealerships I identified and was able to procure a trade for the vehicle I wanted. Naturally, I was very appreciative and we exchanged some purchase numbers via E-mail. We played the purchase scenario off of the trade-in number he provided me one month before. My husband and I then earnestly went to the dealership ready to finalize the deal. Naturally, I was aware of the fact that the Sales Manager would want to see my trade in again. The vehicle was in the same condition and only had 200 additional miles. Total mileage on the vehicle is 21,700 and it’s a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. To our surprise, the Sales Manager informed us that he would be giving us $1,400 Less for our trade in. We thought it absolutely amazing that our vehicle had depreciated $1,400 over the period of 1 month! The sales manager told us he hadn’t looked carefully at the vehicle during the initial inspection, much less run the VIN number! Might I add the vehicle is in good/excellent condition and has never been hit, etc. We were quite disappointed and bewildered and left the dealership. The sales manager basically let us walk for a $1,400 difference in value on a $60,000 vehicle! How can a dealership call itself “the deal maker” under these circumstances? More
Horrible I recently went to Baker to look for a car for my mother. Was greeted very friendly by Kamel. When told what we were looking for, he was overly accommodating. Long story short, I was whirled into buying a new truck myself and they could not wait to get my vehicle. When told them I would think about it and come back another day, I was told I had to take the truck then because my car was already purchased from the bank, without my consent. I ended up going home that day, which was rushed because they were closing, with a 2016 demo model Dodge Ram that had 1600 miles on it, that supposedly the owners wife was driving. I also wanted some accessories put on it and was told they would be ordered. So , I had to go back and leave the truck for 3 days to have them put on. Besides that, when I first got home, I noticed there was a huge nail in my tire. I immediately called and the salesman told me it would be taken care of, a new tire. Again, the truck was brought in for that. Something told me to speak to the service department, and was told I did not receive a new tire, they just plugged it! The comment from the service dept was.."lack of communication". So it was brought back for a new tire. The next day however, I was getting a "service electronic breaking system" and immediately called Kamel. His comment to me was "What did you do to the truck?" I was livid! How dare they accuse me of doing something to the truck.! I was told that I must have done something with the hitch. First of all, I did nothing and second of all, I hardly had the truck to even do anything to it. Again, it was brought in to be serviced, and was told it was a sensor. Maybe, just maybe, it was played with when they were fooling around with the tire??? I have been back there since to pick up my plates, etc. Not only did I not get a hello when seen, but the place was cold as ice. My mother also, got a vehicle from there about 4 days after me getting mine. She too has had questions and no one gets back to you. It is almost 5 weeks now and she still does not have her registration. I was with a dealership for over 20 years and decided to see about this one. I am so sorry I did and so is my mother. Once they got your money, they do not want anything to do with you. Buyer beware!! More

As soon as we got to Baker, we was greeted by a young man name Dillon Tung, he was very friendly not pushy like many car dealers. From the moment I called to inquire about a price on a vehicle I found online, I received an outstanding level of customer service that I have never experienced at a dealership before. My sales rep Dillon was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and helped me find the perfect Jeep. The process was surprisingly fast and easy. It was the quickest time I have ever been in a dealership to buy a car. Usually you sit there all day but not at Baker. Dillon and Steve took the time to sit and work with me and made sure I received a great deal that I could afford. Everyone there was absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Baker to anyone and couldn't have asked for a better purchasing experience. I am looking forward to buying from them again in the future! More
Stay Away Stay away! I came in for a car advertised at $40,995 with 1,000 miles. When I drove it, it had 2,000 miles. You would expect the price to go down, Sik Stay away! I came in for a car advertised at $40,995 with 1,000 miles. When I drove it, it had 2,000 miles. You would expect the price to go down, Sike! They wanted me to pay $509 a month for 82 months with $10,000 down. That would have been of been almost $52,000 for a used car they were advertising for $40,995. To top it all off, one day they tell me it's a demo, the next they tell me it's a turn in, then it's a demo again. What a joke. The sales manager is a complete xxx. If you own this business, he should be fired. He would not negotiate one cent off the advertised price. If the price was non-negotiable, it should have been stated upfront. The sales associate, Dillon Tung, was awesome. He really worked with me, answered my questions, and responded to my emailed. It was the manger that was the problem. I suggest Bridgewater Chevrolet, Union Chevrolet, or Liccardi Ford. I was treated with respect at these locations. Ask for Harry in Bridgewater, John in Union, and Scott at Liccardi. More
