Be careful when trading car in - I recently bought a car at Baker Jeep. I still owed money on my trade in which was part of the negotiations. Of course, when we agreed to the deal, Ba I recently bought a car at Baker Jeep. I still owed money on my trade in which was part of the negotiations. Of course, when we agreed to the deal, Baker paid off my prior vehicle loan... or so they said. 40 days after my purchase, I received a call from the finance company (Chrysler Capital) regarding my payment being late 40 days. I told them that I traded the car in over a month ago and they should have received the payoff from Baker Jeep. They did not. I had to go back to the dealership and they ultimately told me that they had "accidentally" forgotten to send Chrysler Capital the payoff and that they would do so immediately. They confirmed with me 2 days later, that they did send in the payoff and that everything was fine. They even sent me a overnight label. About 4 weeks later I received another call from Chrysler Capital. Same issue. Only now my credit had been dinged twice.. leaving me with a 50 point decrease. Apparently Baker Jeep put the wrong account number on it. If anyone has had to try and fix a credit mistake, you know how difficult and time consuming that can be. Baker did not make good on my time and effort. In fact they have basically ignored me. MY WARNING TO ALL: I 100% DO NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT. I believe this was done intentionally as my payoff was $30,000. I believe they did this to keep the cash in house for as long as possible. Maybe to make payroll. Maybe they do this to several clients a month and can keep thousand and thousands of cash that isn't theirs in their accounts for an extra month or two. I would bet anything that this has happened there before. I can't recommend strongly enough - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE More

JUST WENT IN FOR FIRST OIL CHANGE YESTERDAY POOR SERVICE I scheduled an appointment for 530pm at Baker Jeep. I get there and 1 female representative and the manager Allan don't acknowledge me and go about th I scheduled an appointment for 530pm at Baker Jeep. I get there and 1 female representative and the manager Allan don't acknowledge me and go about there business. I finally get acknowledged and the worker says they can't find my appt. She then realized she was looking on the wrong day. I got a call my jeep was ready for pick up. My jeep was filthy I saw them washing other ppls jeeps so was kinda hoping it would come out clean. Allan wanted to charge me $47 for the oil change. I told him I was told first oil change is free and plus I have an oil change agreement for 2yrs. He said if I bought the Jeep from them. I told him I did. He asked who was my sales person. Rather then apologize or check his system he interrogated me on when I bought it, who I dealt with, who told me that. Horrible experience to say the least and will never go back or recommend to anyone. More

I would personally like to thank Taylor, Jim, Brian and the Sales Manager (who I always forget his name) for making my car purchases excellent experiences. I have already told many friends that I now have a recommended dealer for Jeep and look forward to my next purchase (2017 or 2018) when the new Jeep truck comes out. I have also had one of my vehicles serviced there and was out in less than an hour. The other dealership I had gone to for an oil change took three hours....yes three hours for an oil change.
