Jameson Gehn treated us with so much respect and professionalism that he made it my best car dealer experience ever. He got us a fair trade on the Patriot and put us in a 2014 Compass Latitude. He even took the time to explain the whole process to my daughter so she understood for her future purchases. Anthony Napolean made financing a pleasure! First Class Experience I had my heart set on purchasing a Volkswagen EOS. After researching the internet I found Baker Jeep to have one on their lot. I decided I would tak I had my heart set on purchasing a Volkswagen EOS. After researching the internet I found Baker Jeep to have one on their lot. I decided I would take the 90 minute car ride to see it. Upon entering the doors we were greeted warmly, and introduced to one of the greatest assets that Baker Jeep has, our salesman Doug Antolik. It truly was the easist, and most pleasant purchasing experience of my life!!! Mr. Antolik went above and beyond to make sure that myself and my 7 year old daughter were comfortable and well taken care of. During the test drive I noticed a ding in the windshield. Mr. Antolik introduced us to their service manager, Alan Dibella. Mr. Dibella went above and beyond and was always available to speak to and answer our questions. Alan, the most wonderful service manager EVER decided the windshield should be replaced instead of repairing the windshield. Alan and his team thoroughly inspected this used vehicle to ensure it was leaving their dealership safe. They arranged a loaner vehicle so they could replace the windshield. They also replaced the brakes and fixed a headlight without being asked!! Soon after the purchase the check engine light came on. They had me return to the dealership, and again gave me a loaner while they replaced a thermostat. My car runs great and was beautifully detailed. I am still in shock at the wonderful service this team offered me. It has been a month since the purchase and Mr. Antolik is still following up to ensure that everything is good with the car!! My salesperson, Taylor Ford, was very friendly, did not rush the process, explained the vehicle clearly, and made the experience pleasurable. He presented the terms of the purchase in a straightforward manner, and no pressure was involved. The Finance Manager, Anthony, was clear and concise in his dealing. Horrible Experience Once You Buy They Will Treat You Like Ga I purchased a 2015 Wrangler a few weeks ago. They said they were a small family dealership and would take care of me if I had any issues. Well 2 weeks after I purchased it 2016 came out. I also upgraded my radio to the 6.5 jeep factory radio and lost my yr subscription that's supposed to be included and is on my window sticker in the price. The manager Tom & Nick told me there's nothing they can do about losing my subscription because they said it was tied into my old radio. Nick was extremely disrespectful in communicating this to me. He raised his voice and told me "why are you bothering us with this when you are the one that upgraded the radio" I said it says I have a yr on the window sticker his reply was "you are just trying to find a loop hole" I told him I will write a negative review he said he doesn't care he will dispute it then hung up on me after I spent almost $40,000 on a Jeep. This maybe a family dealership but it's no family you want to be a part of. I've never had lower class service from someone claiming to be a manager from Tom and Nick. Who hangs up on a new customer? Baker Jeep in Princeton does! This is why they only have 3 stars on yelp! More
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY I went into this dealership and test drove the 2015 charger. When it was time to go inside and talk numbers the sales manager, Nick Perna was rude and I went into this dealership and test drove the 2015 charger. When it was time to go inside and talk numbers the sales manager, Nick Perna was rude and had a very poor attitutde. I was asking a few simple questions in regards to how he came up with such absurd monthly payment numbers. He got upset because I did my research on the car and basically in short I was treated like garbage and "kicked out" of the dealership just because I asked a few questions about the price. After this happened I left the owner a message and was not contacted back About 2 weeks after this incident I called the dealership in regards to my message to the owner and when I could speak to him. I was told he comes and goes randomly but I can talk to this other guy steeve that is a sales manager. I told him what happened and he said I was being ignorant and must have no life because I should not be calling about this anymore. He went on and on bashing me. I kept asking for his name and he would not give it to me. He proceeded to call me stupid, said I was xxxxxxxx and that I was mental. Told me I should go see my psychiatrist or pastor or priest because I need help. He thinks he is a big shot belittling and talking nonsense to someone on the phone. Was such a coward he wouldn't even tell me his name. But that's ok I plan on taking legal action. Already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Maybe there are some good people there but if you see Nick Perna or I believe Steve Oberman is the other guys name, STAY AWAY As a consumer this is just appalling and absolutely disgusting. I served in the US military. I came back last december. I did not serve my country to come back and get treated like trash by some coward shameless fool over a phone. More
Sorry I Ever Bought Here - Proceed at Your Own Risk I purchased a new vehicle with a trade in. They new I had out of state plates and that the temporary was only good for 20 days. They did not submit anything until the 20 days was almost up because of a rebate and paperwork needed that they never made clear was required. I dealt with Mike Scranton and Steve. Steve was of no help when I called with the fact I had been pulled over and fortunately only warned. He told me I would just have to drive at risk until my registration arrived. He gave me a tracking number that showed nothing was even shipped to Fl as of that day. No offer to provide a loaner or pick up rental car cost. It was tough luck. I was so angry that I really went through the paperwork and realized they played games with the dollars on the deal and got me for some extra money. That's on me for trusting. Be very aware of what these guys will do to you. More
