WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY I went into this dealership and test drove the 2015 charger. When it was time to go inside and talk numbers the sales manager, Nick Perna was rude and had a very poor attitutde. I was asking a few simple questions in regards to how he came up with such absurd monthly payment numbers. He got upset because I did my research on the car and basically in short I was treated like garbage and "kicked out" of the dealership just because I asked a few questions about the price. After this happened I left the owner a message and was not contacted back About 2 weeks after this incident I called the dealership in regards to my message to the owner and when I could speak to him. I was told he comes and goes randomly but I can talk to this other guy steeve that is a sales manager. I told him what happened and he said I was being ignorant and must have no life because I should not be calling about this anymore. He went on and on bashing me. I kept asking for his name and he would not give it to me. He proceeded to call me stupid, said I was xxxxxxxx and that I was mental. Told me I should go see my psychiatrist or pastor or priest because I need help. He thinks he is a big shot belittling and talking nonsense to someone on the phone. Was such a coward he wouldn't even tell me his name. But that's ok I plan on taking legal action. Already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Maybe there are some good people there but if you see Nick Perna or I believe Steve Oberman is the other guys name, STAY AWAY As a consumer this is just appalling and absolutely disgusting. I served in the US military. I came back last december. I did not serve my country to come back and get treated like trash by some coward shameless fool over a phone. More
Sorry I Ever Bought Here - Proceed at Your Own Risk I purchased a new vehicle with a trade in. They new I had out of state plates and that the temporary was only good for 20 days. They did not submit I purchased a new vehicle with a trade in. They new I had out of state plates and that the temporary was only good for 20 days. They did not submit anything until the 20 days was almost up because of a rebate and paperwork needed that they never made clear was required. I dealt with Mike Scranton and Steve. Steve was of no help when I called with the fact I had been pulled over and fortunately only warned. He told me I would just have to drive at risk until my registration arrived. He gave me a tracking number that showed nothing was even shipped to Fl as of that day. No offer to provide a loaner or pick up rental car cost. It was tough luck. I was so angry that I really went through the paperwork and realized they played games with the dollars on the deal and got me for some extra money. That's on me for trusting. Be very aware of what these guys will do to you. More

dishonest guys Very dishonest place, completely ripped me off, i spent $30,000 on a used mercedes, when i test drove with sales guy Rob morton, the AC could not turn Very dishonest place, completely ripped me off, i spent $30,000 on a used mercedes, when i test drove with sales guy Rob morton, the AC could not turn on, he said its something minor and they will get it fixed right away, i should not trust him but i did, after paper work i went to him and confirmed with him that AC was fixed he said YES, but the AC has the same problem and shuts it self before i even get home, then the car wont start everytime and will stall while driving, i caused couple major traffic jams in the city because the car just stalled and wont start, contacted the dealer they sent it to mercedes in town for me and i paid the dignose fee, then received a $11,000 repair bill, just spent $30,000 and the car did not make it through even the first day, talked with all the managers and none of them wants to talk about it. They knew the car has serious problem and the very dishonest sales guy Rob morton lied to me, he said "go ahead and finish up with the finance manager and i will get the car fixed right away" when we discovered the AC issue, i was so nice did not ask any lower than the listing price and made it easy on everything for him, i am 23 years old and just started my own business, now i am stuck with a big piece of xxxx that dont run. talked with all the managers and none of them wants to talk about it. After going to multiple dealerships and dealing with the long wait and "let me see my manager approach" I stopped by Baker jeep. In about an hour I had a no pressure no hassle deal with Drew and Nick. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that isn't into all the salesman games. More

The dealer that sold me my car gave me 4 free oil changes when I bought my car, but never told me. They were to expire days after I came in for this 15,000 mileage service. Not only did Joe let me know, he gave me a credit for one of the oil changes I had gotten previously from Baker Jeep (where I was for the service) and then arranged the bill so that I ended up getting credit for the other 3 and gave me some other discounts on the bill. Totaled over $100 discount. Was great experience and customer service, which I have an appreciation for. Will definitely be getting the rest of my service done at Baker Jeep because of Joe. Thanks! Not worth the trip I drove there from central Pennsylvania (a 5 hour drive one way) because they were wonderful over the phone and in email. I expected to be treated jus I drove there from central Pennsylvania (a 5 hour drive one way) because they were wonderful over the phone and in email. I expected to be treated just as well in person. When I got there, they were busy, which was understandable, but I had told them what time I would be there the previous day and they said they would have things ready. When I arrived, they seemed very ill prepared. They took my license and the person I brought with me to check the car out's license. Then they pulled the car up, so I assumed I was going to be able to take it for a test drive soon. I sat and patiently waited and a man came out to explain what they would give me in trade for my car. Keeping in mind that my car KBB valued between $2000-$3000 dollars trade in fair condition with the mileage it had. The guy explained that since the mileage is kind of high at 158,000 (keeping in mind that the car is almost 10 years old) and the value of the car is lower than normal. He failed to tell me how much they were actually giving me. Then after I sat for another half hour, the guy came out to have me sign some paperwork. I was signing away the title to my 06 jetta, then signing papers for my loan to purchase my new car. The man explained my payments and they seemed kind of high. So I asked how much I got from my jetta. He responded with $300... $300! I was very upset and had him tear up all the papers that I had just signed because there was no way I was getting rid of my car for that price. What a rip off.. Then I continued to sign paperwork to purchase my new car. I hadn't even had a chance to test drive it, let alone go out and look at it. Yes, I had put down money on the car for them to hold it and yes, I was almost certain that it was the car I wanted. Afterall, I drove all that way to get it. The problem was, these guys knew that I wanted the car, so they assumed they had the sale. They didn't care to let me look at it or even test drive it because they assumed there was no chance of me not buying it. The drive was not a problem for me because I had just made a day of my little trip but I'm glad I brought someone else with me or I would have been stuck five hours away with two cars. My experience at this dealership was awful. On my way out the guy asked me about the review I was going to give them. I replied that I just bought a car without even looking it over or test driving and and my customer service was awful. His response was that it's a 2012 and there isn't anything wrong with it so I test driving it wasn't actually necessary. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Now, I know it seems crazy but I have a dealership where I'm from that had almost the exact same car, just a different color and a few different features, but still the same make and model that I had taken for a test drive, so I knew I that's what I wanted. I was treated so well over the phone and through email, just to feel practically invisible when I was sitting at the dealership. I did leave with both cars, and very upset and disappointed in how I was treated. Next time I'll do a little more research on dealership before driving that far to be treated so poorly! Very upsetting to find such a nice dealership with nice cars but such awful service.. More
