Unfortunately Mr. Mukhtar used vulgarities and was extremely rude to not only myself, but the Sales Associate as well. We have a few Vets and active duty Salesmen here at the dealership and they were appalled by Mr. Muktar's behavior. That type of behavior and language wouldn't be tolerated in the US military, nor will it here at the dealership. In this instance the customer showed a lack of respect and was asked to leave. You will see my name ( Nick Perna ) on the majority of these reviews on this site and that is a clear indication on how I treat our customers here at the dealership. Let me respond to Nick Perna's response on behalf of Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge: I never got a notification about ever getting a reply so I did not know someone ever replied to my post. I just stumbled upon this since someone gave my review a thumbs up and I got an email notification for it. Firstly Nick Perna is a deceitful, disrespectful cowardly liar. He was the one who was disresectful to me. And I am not sure what vulgaraites he is refering to as all I ever said was the word "hardass". Secondly, I know anyone with common sense thats watched the movies or that has actually SERVED in the military can stand by me when I say vulgaraity is a part of the life style and culture when your in service. So for him to say it would not be tolerated in the US military is down right ignorant and for lack of a better word just plain old stupid. Lastly me using one word "hardass" isnt exactly a big deal or me being rude. But hey maybe I'm wrong and he is just super sensative. Don't dish out what you can't take. I also find it hilarious and very telling that he did not acknowledge anything I mentioned in the second paragraph about what his collegue was saying to me over the phone. One thing he did say however is true. You will see his name come up a lot on major of review sites. But let me correct him. The majority of them will all be complaints and very negative in nature. Don't believe me? Please I urge you to scroll around and read up. You'll see what I mean.
