5 star treatment!!!!!! First I would like to say I never write review unless I really hate something or relly like it and it's only once in a blue for the latter. I originally wasn't going to sell my 2012 Libery but I got an offer in the mail that I had to check out. I called Baker and set up an appointment with Rob Morton. I was interesting in the 2014 Grand Cherokee Summit and Rob immidiatly took me for a test drive when I came in. I liked the vehical so I preceded to see what price they were going to offer for my Liberty and how low I could go on the summit. As expected Rob couldn't give me the price I wanted and he brought over Nick Perna the sales manager. I ended up getting within $1200 of my price target with Nick and I said "deal" and shopkeeper his hand. I soon get a call from Cherry Hill Jeep and I basically renigged in the verbal agreement because Cherry Hill promised to beat their deal. I was in a tough spot, butI decided to put the deal on hold and check out Cherry Hill. To make a long story short Cherry Hill (who I don't recommend doing business with) ended up underbidding Baker by $35. I was very upset and tired and ended up going back to Baker the next day to take the offer which ended up being $500 less as Nick begged me not to go to Cherry Hill and dropped the price $500 more as I left the lot, Anyway, I love the Summit and I'll go out of my way to do business as Baker in the future.
