In one instance, he told me he would call back with an answer to an issue I had and called me back within three minutes (with an answer). He also remembered me after only dealing with me once. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The guy really seems to care about customer satisfaction (uncommon these days) and I'm glad that he works there because it's painless going in for service. I would recommend Baker Jeep Service department if service is required for your vehicle. More

Bad customer Service We bought a car back in February. The car had few scratches on the back. They told us that this is not a big deal and they will fix them with in the n We bought a car back in February. The car had few scratches on the back. They told us that this is not a big deal and they will fix them with in the next few days. One the way home we realized that they didn't even give us a full tank of gas. It was totally empty!! We call them back after few days, to make the appointment to fix the scratches. They told they will call us back with a date because their shop was very busy. This was going on for a few months now. Finally in April they told us to come in to fix the scratches. The way they did them, it's like with a white out. Totally hideous. we called them back to try and resolve the issue. The outcome was to hang up the phone on us by the manager Nick. We called them back and we asked them to get the phone of the regional Manager of Chrysler. They are putting us through different mail boxes, every time and nobody knows who the regional manager of Chrysler is. We would NOT recommend this dealership for any purchase or service. More
