Great Service and Persistance I recently took in my 2012 Jeep in for service and was pleasantly surprised by the service level and persistance of Joe and the team. I needed a synt I recently took in my 2012 Jeep in for service and was pleasantly surprised by the service level and persistance of Joe and the team. I needed a synthetic oil change and tire rotation which he easily accomodated with no problems. In additon, I had broken defroster on my hard top which I thought would be a quick fix but unfortunatley required a full rear window. However, Joe was able to navigate the strict warrantly requirements requested by Jeep and his persistance paid off with me getting the new window installed and everything fixed up good as new. I had a coupon for this service, and the rep actually said "Good" and meant it! This service took less than one hour, which was surprising since the waiting area was crowded. When I went to pay, the rep handed me my set of keys with a new battery in it. My "car" informed me that my key battery was low, so I mentioned it to the rep. and he replaced it free of charge (which was a nice 'plus'). Baker's service center reps have always treated me fairly...and have never tried to coerce me into a service that was not absolutely necessary.
