Robert Morton of Baker was the salesperson that I dealt with in the purchase of my 2014 Trail Hawk. Bob was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided more information than I could have gotten on the internet. The final price that we agreed to was very fair, and I left the showroom feeling pleased with the process and the price. I am also very pleased with my new Jeep. More

I found Baker a jeep via Autotrader, I had a very specific used vehicle I was searching and Baker had what I desired. Dealt with Stewart Koncious via phone numerous time and he was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. His area is internet auto sales. When I arrived in person I met Rob Morton who would help me with closing on my vehicle. I had the pleasure to speak with Rob during closing and he showed me the inns and outs of my Jeep. Great person, extremely polite, and knowledgable. I don't recall the sales managers name the day I closed. He was a younger gentleman in his late 20s or early 30s. He was nice enough but a little more detached and less accommodating. When signing a few documents he was almost pushy in not permitting me time to read it fully. I think he caught in I wasn't going to have it and quickly eased back. Not at all a bad person but had he been my first experience with Baker, barring some amazing deal they may have lost my sale. That bump in the road aside I am very impressed with the two I mentioned and the overall helpfulness of the dealer post purchase. More
