He was able to answer all of my questions and provided more information than I could have gotten on the internet. I found Baker a jeep via Autotrader, I had a very specific used vehicle I was searching and Baker had what I desired. Dealt with Stewart Koncious via phone numerous time and he was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. His area is internet auto sales. When I arrived in person I met Rob Morton who would help me with closing on my vehicle. I had the pleasure to speak with Rob during closing and he showed me the inns and outs of my Jeep. Great person, extremely polite, and knowledgable. I don't recall the sales managers name the day I closed. He was a younger gentleman in his late 20s or early 30s. He was nice enough but a little more detached and less accommodating. When signing a few documents he was almost pushy in not permitting me time to read it fully. I think he caught in I wasn't going to have it and quickly eased back. Not at all a bad person but had he been my first experience with Baker, barring some amazing deal they may have lost my sale. That bump in the road aside I am very impressed with the two I mentioned and the overall helpfulness of the dealer post purchase. More
