Jameson Gehm, Stewart Koncius and Business Mngr Anthony exemplified that attitude compared to every dealer I went to before Baker CJD, who just flatly answered "I don't know" and that's it, it's up to you to figure it out, and just continued on to the sales process. They've been as patient as they can be as I can be a really hard customer to please specially with pricing. They gave me the price I want and need with some extras on the car that at first I didn't like. It was the best ever car-buying experienced I had so far. When you know you want a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or a quality used car, I would highly recommend this dealership. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is among the best. We had a very good experience with the Baker Dealership starting with a phone call from Stewart following up on our online inquiry, to buying a used Jeep from Rob and finally finishing up our finance trans starting with a phone call from Stewart following up on our online inquiry, to buying a used Jeep from Rob and finally finishing up our finance transaction with Anthony. Rob was very responsive to our emails after the sale was made with regard to plates and insurance. Rob was also kind enough to find an owner's manual (book and DVD version) and mail them to us after we realized there wasn't one in the Jeep.
