I had a great experience buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Baker. The sales staff at Baker was phenomenal. My sales person, Tim, made the experience fun and educational. When i got there he introduced me to Rob and we talked about the SUV. he explained some of the features in the vehicle and even let me take it out for a ride. when we got back to the dealership we started the paperwork and before long i walked out with my 2013 grand cherokee trailhawk. this will be the 3rd jeep i owned and also 3rd grand cherokee and so far love it after 3 days and Rob is even keeping in touch and helping trouble shoot any questions or issues i have using the need technology in the SUV. This place is great and will return in the future if i every need another jeep. More
my husband and I went to Baker looking for a larger car for our newly expanded family. I had been driving a Liberty, which was getting too small. We were interested in the new Cherokee. Jim was able to find exactly what we were looking for. He was accommodating without being a pushy salesman. This was our fourth car purchase from Baker, and we continue to be very happy with the customer service that we receive. We will be back for our next Jeep! More
STAY AWAY! I bought a new jeep wrangler here. I STAY AWAY! I bought a new jeep wrangler here. I barely got it home before I began experiencing the "death wobble". I took it back ASAP. They took STAY AWAY! I bought a new jeep wrangler here. I barely got it home before I began experiencing the "death wobble". I took it back ASAP. They took a look at it and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Obviously there was something wrong, then promptly tried to swindle me out of another $20k for the jeep on top of the high interest rate they gave me to begin with. I tried to contact the general manager Mike Napoleon. First, Anthony Napoleon tried to block me (in person) from talking to Mike, and didn't even pass on my message. Next I called customer service and they told me Mike wasn't in (3 days in a row), He was in a meeting, or he was at another location. I was given all these responses IN THE SAME DAY! They then gave me a number to call him at, when I called the number I had reached a Subaru dealer... No Mike. Finally I contacted Jeep directly and they offered some help in contacting him (not directly at first). When I did get through to Mike, he was very unhelpful with my situation and basically told me tough xxxx. I asked to talk to him in person and set up an appointment. When I got there I was immediately blocked by Nick and Jameson. Mike is a coward and will do anything not to talk to you as I found out. I took the Jeep back in for service because I was still having issues and couldn't drive it safely. Finally after 3 hours of my own time with 4 different technicians who were "experts" on jeeps, we were finally able to diagnose a problem with the tires. After this was addressed they said absolutely nothing was wrong. I didn't even make it 15 miles when the Stability Control Unit quit on me (The vehicle had maybe 100-200 miles on it). Not to mention the "death wobble" still was not fixed. I just took it to another dealer at that point and have stayed as far away from Baker in Princeton as I possibly can. My advice is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BAKER JEEP IN PRINCETON!!! More

I worked with Rob on the purchase of a leftover Durango. He was helpful and got quickly to a bottom line that was reinforced by Nick. The price that I received I felt was fair, and they threw in oil changes as a sweetener. The experience was professional with little pressure and the vehicle was delivered as promised. We will see how the Baker experience plays out on the service side, but they seem committed to gaining and retaining customers, so I suspect they will be responsive. I was a Nassau Conover Ford customer for many years before they bailed out to Flemington and would like to build a relationship with a trustworthy local dealership. Baker seems to have the right mix of vehicles. We'll see about the rest. More
